The Lily Beach Resort is unusual for a tropical idyll in that it styles itself as “affordable luxury”. But while the guests may get away with paying a bit Lily Beach Resort
less, they certainly don’t get short-change on service or comforts.

Despite its laid-back atmosphere, this is a slick operation. All of the jobs up for grabs require candidates to have the relevant qualifications and it’s significant that the HR department make a point of specifiying that employees have to be team players. They also stress that the lucky candidates will be in line for long-term career opportunities.
