Our role
Dynamic, international and operations focused. We are seeking an individual who has experience with leading island destinations and worked with top resort hotels in unique locations around the world. The position is for a suitable EAM / Director of Rooms to assist the General Manager with the daily operations of Rooms Division It is a relationship based role, working closely with department heads, excom and needs careful attention and steady guidance to allow staff to shine. The process begins with knowing what the resort experience is like first hand, and re-living that experience to the resort guests.

We are seeking an individual who has the capacity to encounter, experience and re-live intangible, excitable and breath-taking moments to your guests. The object is to draw them into the magical world of the resort and its destination. Your life experiences will include travel around the world, experience of different cultures, unique places and heavenly escapes. Your professional acumen will reflect an attention to the smallest detail, sharp communication skills, well rounded knowledge of front office operations, housekeeping, revenue management and bundles of energy. It certainly won’t hurt for you to have a few world leading hotels or resorts on your resume.
